Brian the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and polite. He gave us great insight on activities happening within the hotel and he was just overall very welcoming. I believe that’s his name he’s a tall African American man.

Security is on point.

The room wasn’t the cleanest, hair was on the floor and I found pieces in the bed as well. The toilet seat was lose as I don’t know what. I had an handicap room and if I actually was handicap I would’ve been hurt and on the ground. Your staff interrupted me twice during my check out day. One was to check out early and one was for an item that a guest left during a pervious stay. This reflects the room not being cleaned properly for you to call a customer and ask them about an item left behind in the room.
