Boa localização, ambiente limpo.

Tive que tomar banho frio pois a água não aquecia, isso em um dia cuja temperatura estava 12*. Ligamos na recepção e a atendente simplesmente pediu para deixar a água correr que iria esquentar. Na segunda vez que eu liguei, vieram ver e foi constatado que o registro de saída de água quente estava fechado.
