"Great location, neat place but need to add facilities for 10/10 score"

The best part of the property is its location. Right at the prime location of Haeundae beach.

There are a couple of things that I did not like: 1. The elevators to the hotel you have to change on 4th floor and with luggage it’s a bit tedious 2. They have provided kitchenette with the hot plates in the rooms but there are no dishes and if you ask them they ask additional KRW 11000 just for 2 tableware which is absolutely absurd. If you really want money for it than it’s better to keep the room rent including the dishes cost. I really found it very weird. Or just give microwaves I. The room to heat the food if you clam hot plates are only to heat the food. 3. The hot plates in my room wasn’t working and when I asked one of the staff members to help. She said she will send housekeeping staff but nobody came
