Un établissement magnifique. Les chambres sont confortables et agréables. Vous pourrez profiter de nombreux bains (privés et public). Les bains privés sont utilisables gratuitement et sans réservation. Établissement Tattoo friendly. Equipe prévenante et disponible. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Cozy and clean

Stayed a night and visited awesome onsen. :) Few buses, maybe rent a car if you plan for more.

Everything was top! The ambience, the baths, the info cards everywhere explaining in English as well.

I have had better breakfasts but can’t complain. It was a mix of western and Japanese.

This place is magical. NOSHIYU includes two main building groups: the traditional Ryokan and the Inn, which is a modern take inspired by european Chalets (I think), and I stayed at the more affordable Inn. The big advantage of the Inn is that you still get free access to the amazing selection of Onsen, both indoors and outdoors, that Noshiyu offers. I booked the double room upstairs (203) and I absolutely enjoyed every corner of it, from the big bathroom to the comfortable beds. The Inn also has beautiful common spaces for breakfast, reading, relaxing and even a private indoor onsen. While the Inn was amazing by itself, the true highlight of this place are the Onsen located by the Ryokan, which you can enjoy from 6:30 am till night. The feeling of taking a dawn bath while it's -3°C outside is unmatched. The staff is super professional and helpful, you can tell they are proud of this beautiful place.

I loved everything, so the following shouldn't be taken as a harsh criticism. The Inn does not provide dinner, even though technically it's still part of the Noshiyu complex, while the Ryokan does. I understand that since the price difference between the two parts is not small, a more premium service is granted to the ryokan guests, but I also think that the Ryokan has the facilities to host 4 more guests coming from the 4 rooms of the Inn. Maybe the could give the upgrade option to add dinner for a price, I would have definitely tried it.
