Such a wonderful welcome when we arrived; nice touch to list guests names on board. Room was incredible and sparkling clean, preference was for high floor…got it; Service Dog no hassles. Pool and hot tub were a delight after a long day. Everyone so nice and helpful. Gym was also open 24hrs. We will be back!!!

Good, easy, quiet locstion

Darla needs to be addressed. I have spoken with two managers and awaiting another call from the General Manager. If my situation is not addressed we will not stay with Marriot brands any longer. Also, I have emailed, too. Rooms are clean and nice if you need an affordable place. Customer service from Darla is a 0.

Clean comfortable bed in this new hotel off interstate. Quiet with no road noise. Excellent staff and breakfast . Great value and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. I would suggest the breakfast have longer hours. I would suggest a shower head that can adjust so the water does not spray on the floor, causing a slippery floor. I would suggest a second grab bar closer to the actual shower.

For the most part we enjoyed our visit. It was a very clean hotel. The breakfast was really good and it was kept stocked all the way up until it was supposed to close. We asked for no housekeeping (we stayed 4 nights) and they were gracious when we exchanged out dirty towels for clean towels. We only had 2 mishaps that prevented us from giving a full 5 stars. When I walked into the lobby to check in, the desk clerk asked in a very curt voice, "Checking in?" I said yes and she immediately said, "I need your ID." I had only walked two steps into the lobby. I was really far away from the desk, so if I did get out my ID when she asked, I would be holding it while walking the distance from the door to the desk. One of the days we stayed it snowed, so we turned the temperature up on the thermostat. The heater did not turn on. We called the front desk and were told someone would come up. No one ever came up. I mentioned it to the desk clerk when I checked out. Instead of apologizing, she asked, "Did you push both buttons?" I said yes and she just shrugged her shoulders. I was expecting at least an apology for no one coming up to our room, but I just got the shrugged shoulders.

If you value your health don't stay here! This place has air fresheners everywhere! Just because a place smells like baby powder doesn't mean it is clean! In fact it is the opposite of clean. Air fresheners are a pollutant to your air! As a person who is highly allergic to scents this place gave me a migraine! The staff were nice and the hot tub was nice but I would never go back! We should have a choice as to what kind of air we breathe!

Entire hotel was extremely neat and clean. I had never seen a hotel that had a BBQ available, along with utensils and seasonings! Very impressive! And I saw a staff member cleaning the grill the next morning! Bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless.

Excellent new hotel. This was perfect and may become our new stop over spot when traveling thru Amarillo.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s always so relaxing.
