Great staff and property. Extremely clean.

Jamie - at the front desk - was amazing! My husband was traveling with our college student on their way home for the summer and this was a late check in, in an unfamiliar location. Safety was key and she went out of her way to provide great service and detail on how they care for their guests! My husband said it was perfect, the location, the hotel and room.. all perfect and they sure appreciated the service!! Thank Marriott and Amarillo Towneplace Hotel!!

This was a great stop for our family of 7 travelling from Colorado. Rooms were spacious, very clean, and service was friendly. Would stay again.

Excellent. Cucumber water as you enter lobby! Breakfast includes cage-free eggs (not powdered egg garbage you find elsewhere), Greek yogurt, fresh fruit cup (pineapple/melon), blueberry granola parfait, sausage patty, another patty, fresh apples, banana, and usual carbs (muffins, breads) cream cheese, walnuts, pumpkins seeds, choc. Chip! Decent hotel coffee and earl grey/lemon/4 flavors tea. Excellent staff. Highly attentive breakfast servers. Room good. Was a little concerned that it was adjacent to freeway, but very minimal road noise/almost no road noise even for a light sleeper like me! Good job for building thicker walls or adding insulation compared to other chain hotels. Parking lot felt safe/secure/good lighting/cameras/tucked further back even motel nearby! This might be a reason why the front door entrance confuses people-because it is a side main entrance! Internet a little slow. Would highly recommend!

Great response when we needed maintenance to stop a squeaky bathroom door. He was onsite even though it was around 9:30 pm. Staff at the front desk welcomed us as soon as we walked in, We will stay here again.
