location was easy to find and the room size was as expected for two people in a bunk room. One of the plug sockets didn't work and the WiFi connection was poor in the room but otherwise great.

Aforementioned WiFi connection and the lack of an assigned bathroom just for guests wasn't ideal especially for the cost of a 5* room

"Ideally located in the airport and not comfortable to sleep."

Location is in the airport and the ladies at the counter were very welcoming and helpful. The venue was clean and well maintained.

Location was not easy to find (even for a frequent traveler). The 'bed' was very hard and ached the body while I tried to sleep. Furthermore I was told that there were bathroom facilities, that weren't available apart from a public toilet in the airport.
