Good equipment, spacious, 2 bathrooms, wonderfull view from the teraza, privat parking.

The apartment was beautiful! With the most amazing view of the Mediterranean sea! It was so big and spacious, very modern and comfy. The best part was the balcony, where we did our wine and charcuterie boards every night! It was completely quiet at night, we slept so well! You can walk down to the beach, it’s amazing! Just be careful on the way back up, with the heat it can be a bit tough.

The dishes weren’t very clean when we arrived, especially the cutlery. It would have been nice to have some basics included, as coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher pods, clothing detergent, etc. We had to buy everything, and of course, we lost a ton of products when we had to leave. Also, having some beach towels would be really useful!

We really loved the place and truly enjoyed our stay! We flat is very clean and well equipped. It also has amazing view!

The double bed is bit too hard!

If the apartment is booked, stay at the hotel. It is in the same beautiful building, very close to a public beach. Stefano and Olga who run the hotel were nothing short of amazing. Amazing breakfasts are served outdoor, there are bikes to rent (and if you for example forget your phone by Lerici bus stop and are ready to set an italian record, Olga will lend you one for free).

Hands down the best way to stay. Could be smart to have a car or bike, since the buses to and from Lerici are every 45 minutes but can be full.

Fantastic view, Great terrace, Close to beach, Great water. Great restaurant below the apartment, excellent breakfast option at the hotel 2 floors below, nice garden around the building, nice living room, nice cleaning option with change of bedlinen and towels, lots of space, Good instructions about everything and great support from Cinzia always available always helpfull. Parking for 2 cars very good. Good bus options to get to town. Access to ZTL area in Lerice and Tellaro. Boat rent. Beach restaurant at beach. Grocery store Tellaro very good quality food.

bathrooms are old, kitchen somewhat dated, furniture in general dated, refrigerator partly damaged, beds also dated, lack of pedestrian footpath to town. There are tracks but makes it a bit long. Walking on the street is possible but not with out hazard. Of course there is the car or a bus.

Apartment very large, very comfortable, great air con, every need anticipated eg washing op Liquid, oil snd vinegar, salt, a little coffee for first day etc, very well equipped.

No wifi Mat outside door on marble stairs potentially dangerous. Risk of slipping on stairs better to remove I suggest.
