Overall location and cleanliness.

The air conditioner did not work in the room I was first assigned. I called the front desk, and they said they would call maintenance to come check the room. The front desk promptly called back to say maintenance had left for the day and they would need to assign me a different room. The attendant brought the newly assigned room keys to me in my original room. Later when I was downstairs, the attendant recognized me and asked if my new room met my needs. I appreciated the level of support and promptness that was offered.
