Excelente ubicacion con vistas al mar

Appartamento grande con due bagni e parcheggio sotterraneo. A pochi metri dalla spiaggia

Nel piano cottura non funziona completamente e nel weekend essendo sopra a dei locali c'è un po' di rumore alla notte

A four bed property was what we needed for this trip, so it suited us and 2 bathrooms allowed ease of use with 4 adults and towels were provided plus a washing machine useful during our stay. We used it as a base so accomodation was sufficient, it's not luxurious but it was clean and the price was reasonable for the location, it was just 15 mins walk away from where we needed to be during the day. The lock box for key entry was convenient.

The apartment was tired and in need of modernisation. The balcony door if shut once outside, locks but there is no warning about this and one of our companions spent 2 hours locked out on the balcony with the keys in side the flat, the first day they arrived. (the host had to be contacted to come to assist). The apartment is in a block next to 2 busy bars, so it was noisy in the evening particularly at the weekend.

A környék nagyon jó, közel a parthoz (pár lépés a strand), a teraszról remek kilátással a tengerre. A lakás elosztása is nagyon jó, szép, ápolt a kert és a medence. A közlekedés is remek, egy sarokra a buszmegálló és a villamos is, könnyen be lehet jutni a belvárosba. A környéken rengeteg étterem, bár, bolt található.

Alapvető dolgok nem voltak, mosogató szer és szivacs, mosószer, szemetes zsák, WC papír. A tisztaság sem volt tökéletes, a zuhanyzóban érkezéskor homokot találtunk. Volt szoba, ahol a matrac nagyon kényelmetlen volt, ki volt feküdve.... cserére szorulna. Egészében az egész lakásra ráférne egy kisebb felújítás. A fentiek ellenére tudom ajánlani, mivel az elhelyezkedése és a kilátás a teraszról felülírja a negatívumokat

Está muy bien situado, buscaba algo en playa San Juan y está muy cerca de la playa y el piso muy amplio y las instalaciones muy bien, el parking cubierto estupendo pero no funcionaba el mando, nos tuvo que ayudar el jardinero que fue muy amable la verdad

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, las sábanas y toallas por lo menos si estaban limpias pero lo demás necesitaba limpieza a fondo, el aire acondicionado solo había en el pasillo pero al ser un primero no estuvimos mal. Lo peor es que el mando del parking, decían que lo habían arreglado y no era cierto. Se lo dijimos al anfitrión y ni caso, finalmente nos dijo que iría el de mantenimiento pero no vino nadie. Una puerta del baño también estaba rota y la alcachofa de la ducha, el mando de la tele no tenía pilas tuvimos que usar las pilas del mando del aire acondicionado. Una pena un piso tan amplio y tan mal gestionado

The location is really nice with a great sea view. There is also a pool available in case you don't prefer the sea. There is an underground parking space. The host is very responsive and always open to help. The beds are comfortable.

There are a lot of mosquitos so come prepared. The apartment is a bit old but functional.
