Condo was immaculate with top of the line appliances, bathrooms and flooring.

Very well maintained property with attentive ownership. Highly recommend a stay here if within ones’ budget.

Karen was awesome! She met us at the time of our arrival and showed us around the condo. It was a beautifully renovated property on one of the main streets in Geneva. Easy walk across the street to walk along the lake. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable and there was so much room in the unit. Every room was spotless and so pleasant to be in. The only thing it didn't have was a kettle. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Lovely and clean property - very close to HWS campus and in the heart of downtown near restaurants and Seneca Lake. Full kitchen and full laundry too!

We had a wonderful stay at the Flatts. The two bed/2 bath condo was plenty of room and privacy for our party of 4, and if we’d had others with us and needed to use the sofa bed, it would not have felt crowded at all. The condo was immaculate, and Karen was very communicative. It was in easy walking distance from restaurants and the lake. I’ve already booked our next stay!
