SunSwept 505 by ALBVR

This is my 3rd time in a year staying here. Love the new rug in the living room. The washer messed up the day before we left, and we contacted ALBVR. They emailed back, thanking us for letting them know. They also said they had scheduled maintenance for it after we checked out.

The couch bed was not very comfortable. Furniture could use some updating.

The location and property were great. Wonderful view. Comfy furniture. Great king size bed.

However…much needed maintenance down graded the stay. The commode in the bedroom ran constantly like a mini waterfall. No stopper in the tub so you can’t take a bath. No ice cubes because the maker is broken. Nothing comes out of the cold water faucet in the kitchen. Sliding glass door to balcony doesn’t latch and there is no weather stripping around the front door so when the wind blows it sounds like 911 sirens going through. It would be nice if there was a lamp on the second couch end table for reading.

Loved the ocean view. Short trip between towns.

Furniture upholstery needs cleaned. Parking lot access was a pain due to location.

Location was great. Easy access to the beach. Pool was great. Condo was clean.

Washer did not rinse or spin. Learned the hard way. Called on and was told it would be fixed. No one ever showed up. DVD player did not work again learned the hard way.

No Breakfast. Great location The Dolphins came by Frequently.

Light fixture in DR was very Dirty.

Convenient location, good price for pretty ocean front view, and the one time I had a question and called, my call was answered one the first ring and my question was resolved immediately.

There was nothing I didn’t like

There was no breakfast, the location was great

Furniture was well used and rundown.

This was a cute condo with the best view. The pool was also very relaxing. I will definitely be looking to rent it in the future.
