家族５人でこの値段で宿泊できたことは、大変良かったです。ベッドも広く、３台あったのも良かったです｡

ベッドに寝転んで、たまたまエアコンを見上げたところ、エアコンのフィルターにびっしりと埃がたまっていました｡子どもがアレルギー持ちなので、このままでは、過ごせないと思い、車にのせていた掃除機で埃を掃除したりしました｡ 怖くなったので、他の場所（お風呂や洗面台など）も見ましたが、エアコン以外は、普通に綺麗でした｡ 以前、別の宿泊先で、エアコンを見ずにをそのまま使ってしまい、家族全員アレルギー症状がひどかったので、宿泊する部屋に入った後、エアコンを確認することは、大事なんだなと思いました｡

Well equipped, mini kitchen, big beds. Good location, stores restaurants supermarkets underground.

The location was superb, moments away from the subway, surrounded by great eateries, shops and supermarkets. A great base for the city and exploring Kyushu in general. The shower was great. When we had a glitch with the technology, the staff dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently.

Light pollution - a strong night light in the apartment, a security light directly outside our room, security lighting from an apartment block across the road, and a sensor light at the car park directly opposite. All solved by buying an eye mask. Noise pollution - the fridge/freezer was very loud, the car park opposite has a loud “spoken” payment system. The key pad on entering the “hotel” and conversation in the reception area. There was no clothes storage at all. And no cleaning equipment. To put the review in perspective, we stayed for a month in room 101. This was on the ground floor, directly next to the front door and reception area which could be very noisy as people checked in/out, came home in the early hours.

We stayed in 401 and had a lift. Apartment was convenient location that is a about 20 minutes walk to center of Tenjin. Subway and buses nearby. Bathroom waa clean but ventilation was terrible and seems to only trigger if someone is using on the toilet. We didn't use the washing machine because of lack of dertergent but we loved the dryer functionality in the bathroom for the few things we handwashed. We had a minor issue with missing wifi password so had to call on the ipad downstairs to ask. A bigger issue were all 3 beds had dirty sheets and pillowcases with various brown, yellow and blood stains. Someone was sent over the next day to change them but seems only the bedcovers were changed. The ipad downstairs do not have good reception and seems to have volume preset to very low. We didn't want to deal with the hassle again so let it go. The table was also a bit dirty when we checked in and seemed permanently stained even when we tried to wipe it. Overall, the place was convenient and spacious for our stay of 1 week but we will likely book elsewhere next time because of cleanliness issues, although we didn't see any bugs in the room but we got some itchy raises bumps on our skin near the end of our stay so maybe bug bites.
