I had a great time and would stay here again.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. This place is a scam. They constantly were telling me one thing and then telling me something different later. He tried to tell me I had to leave him my car keys. I was told I could come and go as I please and no one told me the parking lot closes so I couldn’t even stay my whole time I had to pack up and leave in the middle of the night because I had no parking. It’s not worth it in the slightest.

Seedy and misleading. Unprofessional staff. Disappointing.

Room was extremely small. Only 2 bathrooms for entire hotel. No AC control for individual room. Staff helpful regarding obtaining bus passes for local transportation.a passes

The management of this hotel should not be in the hotel business. They lie, cheat and steal. Do not stay here. The first clue is when they ask you to Zelle someone to pay for parking. If you have a problem during your stay, they will tell you they have to speak to someone who is traveling and can’t be reached or they need 5 days to think about a resolution. It’s cheap but if you can avoid it do not stay here.

The hotel mislead me into thinking the8 have rooms with private bathrooms

Perfect for a solo traveler - no frills. Please note, this facility uses a shared restroom, the rooms have a bed and TV only. Not super sounds proof. However, this was perfect for my needs. It is in a fantastic location - walking distance to many restaurants and shops and Solider Field. One item to note is the parking, finding street parking in Chicago is a nightmare - this hotel does have parking in the back accessible by alley for an additional charge. My only complaint was trying to get a hold of someone in order to find/pay for the parking. However, once I did get ahold of the owner, he was extremely helpful and stayed on the phone with me until I located the parking and the attendant. I would stay here again.

I like the service and all are to close to the Hotel.

Would not recommend to be honest.
