Nice room with a good size. Lots of information folders and guide books to read. Bathroom clean. Very close to the next metro.

I had a room to the main road, had to sleep with oropax, even with closed windows.

Very good location, 3 minutes away from two metro lines, good connection to the airport. Very helpful and friendly service, good communication.

A well-kept, clean, and tidy space with a good-sized kitchen which was very well-supplied for cooking and dining. Our room was bright and clean. There were plenty of bathrooms so we never had to wait. The host, Ricardo, was great and happy to chat about Lisbon and the area. We felt very welcome and that place was great value for for the price. The metro is very near by, also a large park, and El Corte Ingles (a mall with lots of food choices, a grocery store, and a Starbucks. Across the road from that was a Lidl too. So plenty of choices to pick up groceries. Wi-fi was great in the rooms and the place was fairly quiet at night (it's an old building so doors rattle a little but that didn't bother us). Would stay again.

The rain. So much rain. But they can't do much about that!

Ricardo's reaction time to messages. Location. The little extras such as .men's shaving foam (although the container was empty and unusable when I was there), the portable oil heater in my room,, the cleanliness of the facilities, the super soft bed, the good-working hardware on the doors, the quitness at night ( this was only when no one was moving around though)

The inadequate lighting in the main bathroom and the kitchen, being able to hear every single sound made by anyone who was moving around, especially when the opening and closing of a door was involved. This of course is out of the owners control. This is a common problem in many places where sound absorbing materials are not part of the construction or decore. I am only pointing this out for the benefit of light sleepers. If no one is getting up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night or coming in or out, all is quiet.
