For me though the surface of the mattress was ok, I found it hard for comfort. I normally have no trouble with other hotel mattresses. The building certainly in not soundproof at all. But the other guests were conscientiously quiet

Bathroom was nice, nice, roomy shower, but could’ve used a couple more hooks, and perhaps a shelf for toiletries.

Nautical Nest was super cozy and very clean—the minimum that one needs for a decent stay. Good location if you want to be off of Warren Street.

However, calling it a hotel is a stretch. It's more like renting a room in a house, but we couldn't contact the host (unresponsive to messages), and the snacks for guests featured some moldy fruit. Given the house's age, the noise was constant and bothersome, and sound from outside easily traveled in. We stayed in winter, while the area was generally quiet. I can't imagine what summer would be like.
