Amazing hotel! Property description: This is the place where you like everything from first sight. Beautiful entourage: chandeliers, a mirror in a beautiful frame, paintings, flowers, furniture, every piece of the interior has found its place. Cleanliness is on the highest level and the whole property is very well maintained. Food: Good breakfast with natural yoghurt, delicious croissants of several kinds and indescribable tenderness baking a variety of pies! Relaxing music as a great bonus! Staff: It is wonderful to know that this hotel is a family business. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. You can feel it directly that this team is not only professionals, but also friends. Big thanks to the whole team! Also we wanted to thank Eduardo who always provided any assistance and with whom we had best conversations about the city. Location: The location of the hotel is very central: near the beach, shops, restaurants of Cervia and Milano Marittima, convenient to walk to the train station. Overall: We had a wonderful holiday in an atmosphere of comfort, beauty and feeling at home, created by AnnaLisa and her family! We sincerely thank AnnaLisa for saving us and helping us to solve a huge problem! Due to the airlines and train protests our airport and time of the flight were changed. We had no idea how to get to the new airport. But AnnaLisa said that it is easy and can be arranged and she made it happen! On their own they took us to the airport and we got our plane only thanks to AnnaLisa and a great Santiago Team! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Friendly owners, the hotel is close to the beach and close to old town Cervia. Our room had partly sea view. We were offered to park our car on the site because we had our car full of luggage.

Very close to downtown, very clean and great service.

I liked the balcony and view.

The beds were hard, bathroom very old, no English explanations on how things work and no English speaking personnel. Someone was smoking in the hall.

Walking distance from train station (20 mins), quiet street close to beach, shops and old town. Friendly team, lovely breakfast and over all a really comfortable and great value hotel
