Noise from road got no sleep what so ever 👎
Wasn't too sure about this hotel but it is really great. Short walk from Lime St station in decent area. Small reception area but friendly staff both on check-in and when arriving late in the evening from a night out. The room I had was a decent size and well appointed. Bathroom was great with a decent shower. My room was at the front of the hotel and quite a lot of road noise. This doesn't bother me, but worth requesting a room at the back of the hotel if it does. Not located in the main area for nightlife, but if that doesn't matter this is a great place to stay
Fridge was noisy and kept waking me up. Tv kept switching it myself on throughout the night . All Walls painted black?!? Really !?
Would definitely stay again! Small but lovely room and bathroom, nicely decorated and well thought out with everything I needed. Lots of tea and coffee and outlets in room, well appreciated. Front desk staff very friendly and above and beyond helpful.

Our stay was absolutely amazing couldn’t fault anything, the staff were all lovely and welcoming and so helpful and the hotel was so clean! I don’t have a bad thing to say about it. The location is absolutely amazing to so close to everything 10/10
We had an overnight stay in Duke St and it was lovely. We did have an issue with the air conditioning but the Gentleman on reception couldnt do enough for us, he reset the aircon and gave us a fan, he returned to our room 30 min later to say it hadnt budged (temp) and he would move us into another room, he really was so helpful (I'm sorry I didn't get his name). Location was perfect, no road sound when windows are shut and possibly the most comfortable mattress ever (if you could let me know the brand of the mattres, it would be appreciated). We make regular visits to Liverpool and will definitely be using again.
Great funky rooms ...staff very friendly & helpful...great location...never heard can't hear a thing from inside the rooms...good modern powerful mains shower...for the rate I paid I'm stunned how good this was
hotel had a nice vibe but finish was very cheap despite that I was pleased with my stay,I asked to check in my case and collect at a later time on departure,I came back to collect my cases and was freely able to just grab the case of the lobby where it had been left for 6-7 hours and the staff didn’t ask me to confirm is that’s my case etc ! i left the property and soon realised my suitcase was covered in white paint and marks! boarded my train and called them to let them know and the member of staff that picked up the phone denied the property had even been painted (despite me literally seeing a sign the day before saying WET PAINT) I’ve since been in contact with the director of the hotel and he denies the suitcase were moved or touched! this was a £200+ suitcase and very disappointed! wouldn’t recommend
