El personal es amable, un saludo a Nicole, ella hizo lo posible para solucionar mis inquietudes y necesidades, el lugar es cercano a la playa, los buses o guaguas son gratis para ir y volver cerca y se puede tomar desde el aeropuerto y volver a él si es de día

Es incómodo que no se pueda entrar a la habitación de día a buscar algo ya que algunos huéspedes duermen en el día, no es el hostal sino los turistas, tener la info de sitios donde economizar, como restaurantes, un solo baño por piso que es problema si alguien se embriaga y decide quedarse durmiendo allí

We had the private dorm and it could not be better. Everything is very clean, spacious and the AC works perfectly well. The kitchen was also clean and the staff very helpful. The best part is the location, the area is nice, close to a 24h supermarket, SuperMax, and Bebo’s cafe, a great and affordable restaurant. We had a car and it was easy to park in the surrounding streets.

The property was well taken care of! Clean! Beautiful and the staff is amazing! A very strategic location! Close by the beach! Just 15 minutes walk from Condado and other amazing places

Nothing.

Everything was ok, the beds could be a little more comfortable, there could be individual lights per bed, instead of one big bright light for the whole room, etc., but generally ok.

I did not have warm water in the shower in the morning and this bathroom was just for room 2, so only used by 3 people maximum.

although it can be slightly difficult to find at first as it blends in, the hostel is in a fantastic location and the staff are brilliant

Great vibe and location The variety of shared spaces (lobby, rooftop, kitchen) was great. A space for almost any mood.
