Very kind staff Beautiful and comfortable lodge, very welcoming Everything very clean, mosquito repellent everywhere so we didnt get bothered Private pool in front of the lake that could have hippos Great food and nice restaurant to hang out

The only thing I didn’t like much is that it is a very small reserve, so in the game drives you feel a little bit like in a big zoo, as you dont really fell the adrenaline of finding the animal in its natural habitat. They know exactly what animals they have, how many, and most of the time, where they are. Even so, it was nice because after we went to Kruger and didnt get to see zebras or giraffes, animals that we saw in phelwanna

A equipe de atendimento é fantástica! Muito simpáticos, prestativos e sempre disponíveis para resolver os problemas e melhorar a sua estadia! O guia Titus é um especialista em encontrar animais e transforma os game drives e bush Walks em experiências inesquecíveis. No restaurante, o destaque é o garçom Jeffrey! Extremamente simpático, atencioso e faz muito esforço para que os hóspedes se sintam em casa! Vale mencionar que ele fala cerca de 10 línguas, inclusive o português! O pessoal da recepção também foi incrível! Em resumo: o atendimento fez toda a diferença!

Tout! Un endroit de rêve avec un personnel aux petits soins, toujours disponibles, souriants et à notre service. Le cadre , les tentes sur le lac . Le calme certes ils n’ont pas les big 5 mais c’est une petite réserve avec des girafes , zebres , antilopes, hippopotames. La cuisine excellente, le jeune guide Sky passionné et tellement agréable. Ils nous a transmis toutes ses connaissances sur la faune et la flore. Ce fut une parenthèse de pur bonheur !

Het vriendelijke personeel, heerlijk eten en een mooie tent met prachtig uitzicht. En de bush walk niet te vergeten met een leuke en goede gids.

The accommodation is spacious and feels really private. We saw lots of animals in the villa gardens - giraffe, monkeys, zebra and lots of birds. The food is excellent and the boma dinner is a special night.
