Very disappointed with my hotel stay. The room aircond was not functioning properly and the room was extremely stuffy and hot. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of the uncomfortable condition. What surprised me even more was that no bottled water was provided in the room. Instead, guests were given a jar and expected to refill water from a dispenser outside the room. In case of emergency or late at night, how can guests be expected to walk out just to get drinking water? The breakfast was also below expectations — very limited food choices and the taste was not good. The TV channels were very basic, and if you wanted to connect to smart apps like YouTube, you had to call hotel staff just to connect to the network. Overall, the stay was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the experience. Very, very disappointed ☹️☹️

MYBreakfast was good. Clean room. Hotel also near to shops, restaurant. So, easy to find food.
Road to access the hotel was dark at night as there were not many lamp along the way. There are construction along the way to the hotel. So, the road a little bit bumpy.
