A localização do hotel é muito boa, muito próxima da Praça Marquês de Pombal. Quarto tem um bom tamanho e o café da manhã é bom. Itens do café da manhã saborosos e um bom atendimento dos funcionários. Os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos também. Agradeço a todos.

O item negativo do hotel são os elevadores. Só havia um em funcionamento, dos dois disponíveis, e o o elevador é muito pequeno. Como eu estava no segundo andar, frequentemente, usei as escadas pois era muito difícil conseguir acessar o elevador em horários de pico.
