The location was close to good restaurants and cafes. It's relatively close to the beach and the main roads. The bed was fine and there wasn't any mold in the room.

The lighting was very dim. Only two small light bulbs barely lit the room. The kitchen was not private and it was very dirty and unkept. Some things went missing in my room the one day they cleaned the room. I cant say it was the staff that took them. they just just behaved suspiciously. When I messaged the manager, she didn't look into it and just went on about how it would never happen. followed by some demands and stating that I needed to have the room available at certain time for them to make the room, which they never did.

The garden has been kept well and it’s pretty lushes. It’s close enough to La Brisa and a few beach bars which is nice. Staff are there every day to clean and the owner was lovely.

It needs a coat of paint, some updated cutlery and mosquito nets in the bathroom. If I didn’t shut the door between the bathroom and the bedroom, the mosquitoes would come in. I tried to make some suggestions to help reinvigorate the property but she didn’t want to listen

The cleaning lady has been incredible, consistent and helpful. Very friendly and supportive, she always helped us with anything we asked for.

The wife of the owner was very ambivalent, unflexible, often unfriendly and did not care much about the people who live there apart of how much they would pay. Internet was horrible against all reviews..
