Absolutely nothing!

Terribly small room, separated from the other room with a door, which had no isolation at all, you can hear all the talks and words and screams and intimicies from the other side! Our child could not sleep at all! The manager of the property does not respond to your sms, and he didn't bother to change the room! Please, do not ruin your holiday staying here!!!

The location is good, pretty close to the beach.

We couldn't reach to a cleaning staff for the all 4 days. Our AC was not working, toiletries were not restocked, and when we told about this to the office, they said that they were not responsible for these things and gave the number of the cleaning staff. But they neither answered our messages nor our calls. We were very disappointed.

Rapporto qualità prezzo non troppo buono, camera molto piccola, purtroppo siamo stati sfortunati e siamo capitati nei giorni in cui l’ascensore era guasto (e alloggiavamo al quinto piano) ; la camera era comunicante con un’altra quindi sentivamo molti rumori di questa famiglia con bambini piccoli; la finestra del terrazzo non si chiudeva molto bene , anche mettendola sul chiuso si riusciva comunque ad aprire sia da dentro che da fuori. Avevamo una camera “partial ocean view”, come da foto la vista sull’oceano era praticamente assente

The location was great. Close to the beach, close to stores, restaurants etc. the property was clean. Lots of funny chickens & roosters!

There was barely any parking! If you don’t have a reserved spot, you are fighting with everyone to snag one of 4 parking spots that aren’t reserved!! It’s ridiculous. If you want to stay out past 7pm, good luck finding parking. We were located at the top but i had to park in the structure thats about halfway down. The only parking spots were TINY SPOTS where a normal car is TOO BIG!! You’re squeezing between a concrete column and the wall! No room to even open a door!! Definitely make sure you ask about a reserved space. If none, don’t stay there! Also, the facility is NOT like a hotel. Its s hotel style buy each unit is owned individually do its more like an air bnb. Which should be fine BUT i needed to adjust my stay by one day. I got my departure date wrong in my initial reservation. When i reached out, they denied my request. Not good service. HOWEVER, when we got to our space, the TV did not work, the AC did not work, the deadbolt to secure the door did not work. There were NO INSTRUCTIONS!! Eventually i found the power strip to the TV. But i had to MOVE the whole TV CONSOLE to get to it!!! The AC NEVER WORKED! There were no instructions for that either because pressing the power button did NOT WORK. The door mechanism is mechanical and worked fine. But bolt the door bolt on the inside for extra security DID NOT WORK! When i expressed this to the “host” (who i could only reach by message on the booking.com app, and they did not respond back quickly) they just said “sorry”… i asked if they could compensate me for these rather big inconveniences that were PART OF MY CONTACT. I asked again if they’d reconsider adjusting my rental to the correct check out (only one day adjustment mind you) and refunding that one day as compensation for these contracted items that did NOT WORK, and they said no. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My word of advice, figure out who actually OWNS the property, ask about amenities and parking!

I liked the room. The kitchen. The amenities were good. The bed was super comfortable. It was quiet and private.

There were a lot of little flies in our unit coming out of the pipes and lingering outside the front door. At first I found the check-in process (a text message) good. It seemed like it would be easy. But then the door wasn’t marked correctly, the WiFi didn’t work at first and the parking wasn’t explained. All things that a personal check in would have avoided.

Beds felt springy. Bathroom had some trim moldings falling apart

Much smaller than it appeared in photos. Listed as a garden unit so I assumed we would have a walk out patio. Incorrect assumption.
