Gasthof ´s Gräbele

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich. Obwohl das Restaurant am diesen Tag Ruhetag hatte, würde ich bin Chef gefragt, ob ich noch etwas zum Essen wünschte. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas hellhörig, aber ich bin auch nicht geräuschlos. Alles in allem kann ich den Gasthof sehr empfehlen.

Clean room and bathroom.

The reception was closed at the arrival time - and no one was picking up the phone. Thanks to good luck, there were workers, who gave us the key from our room, although they said they were not allowed to do that. The breakfast was in an automat - the coin for the start of the automat should have been provided on the reception on request, but as there was no one at the time of arrival, we got the most of info from the other guests....

The staff couldn't be onsite at my late arrival (train delays) but were happy to get on the phone and help me with a key lockbox so I had access. Very accommodating and welcoming. Clean room, nice towels and sheets!, nice double bed, good airflow on a hot stuffy night. The 19 bus takes you direct from Tübingen hbf to Römerstraße, so drops you around the corner. Very convenient to Tübingen and the surrounding areas!

Nothing unpleasant to report.

The host responded quickly through the platform. We were checking-in late so we needed self-checking with a key box. The hotel is super near (less than a minute walk) a bus stop that brings directly to the train station.

The binder in the room that contains lots of information about the hotel, facilities, the city etc... and the signs in the hotel were all in German, it would have been good that they are also translated to English or French, especially since in the morning the host wasn't there, so to help navigate it alone.
