Die Lage ist optimal wenn man Ruhe sucht und idealerweise Fahrräder dabei hat. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig an einer verkehrsberuhigten Fahradstraße. Es gibt Parkplätze am Haus und sogar eine abschließbare Fahradgarage. Es ist nicht allzu weit zum Südstrand und zu einem lokalen Zentrum mit Geschäften und Lokalen. Die Bushaltestelle ist gleich nebenan. Bei schönem Wetter kann man draußen sitzen und es gibt kühle Getränke aus einem Selbstbedienungskühlschrank. Die Zimmer (wir hatten Standard gebucht) sind in Ordnung nur das Bad war etwas beengt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in SPO.
