1. Large cockroaches were found in the hotel restroom. 2. The room windows cannot be opened, leaving the space stuffy with a musty odour. 3. The air conditioner fails to produce heat even when set to 15°C. 4. The door lock is broken, resulting in a total lack of safety. 5.There are many stubborn stains on the bed that cannot be cleaned off. 6. The street outside the hotel is chaotic with numerous street vendors, creating an unsafe atmosphere.
