ביום שבת בערב (אחרי השעה 5PM) הזמנו דרך בוקינג חדר למחרת היום. באותה העת היו מספר חדרים פנויים. מסתבר בדיעבד שטעינו בהקלדה והחדר הוזמן בטעות ממש לאותו היום. למחרת ביום ראשון, קיבלנו הודעה עם שאלה מדוע לא הגענו ורק אז הבנו שטעינו בהקלדת התאריך. ביקשנו להזיז ליום ראשון בערב (היעו חדרים פנויים) המלון התעקש לחייב אותנו במחיר מלא למרות שלא הגענו- דרש מחיר מלא על החדר ליום למחרת ולא הסכים אפילו לעשות הנחה.

"Great stay for Rome airport layover"

This family-owned boutique hotel served us very well during an overnight stay at Fiumicino Airport. The owner picked us up at the airport in her own shuttle van and we enjoyed a quiet, clean and comfortable room. The cherry on top was an excellent breakfast the next morning that was remarkably diverse for a smaller hotel such as this. A friendly cook made omelettes or other dishes to order. The owner then shuttled us back to the airport in the morning. You could not ask for better service.

"Best Perfect Inn near FCO"

WOW......what a hidden GEM, better than the brand names I normally stay at in Europe. This couple ensures a beautiful and restful stay in the lovely Inn. It is immaculate and has everything you need for a very enjoyable and quiet stay. It is very close to FCO airport and they do offer an easy shuttle to the airport. Service was Great ! And at a great value too. The rooms and linens are very nice as well.

"Other than the lack of elevator - good experience with proximity to good restaurants ."

Clean and quiet with outstanding breakfast!

No elevator We had 2 heavy suitcases that we had to carry to the 2nd floor Also , they have a shuttle back and forth to the terminal - but it cost 25euro each direction Finally, the shuttle pickup is not specified pre booking . You have to call them to find out .
