The room was wonderfulโ€ฆ very clean and comfortable. The staff very kind and helpful.

The check in time was inconvenient and somewhat confusing. We did not realize that not only would the room not be ready until 4:30, there would be no access to the property at all until that time. We wanted to drop our luggage before returning the car to the airport, arrived at 3:30, then had no where to go. We met another couple waiting there who were likewise confused.

"Perfect stay in Fiumicino"

Wonderful place to stay close to the airport with a convenient airport shuttle service. Varied, delicious, high quality breakfast with cooked to order omelets. Excellent choices offered for special diet (gluten free in our case)The inn was pristinely clean and comfortable with an attractive garden, thoughtful amenities, personable, helpful staff. Walking distance to town and along the sea. The owners are lovely and immediately made us feel at home . They recommended an outstanding restaurant close by and advised us the best way to travel into Rome for the day by bus. We enjoyed their puppy Luna. Highly recommended!
