B&B Gran Suite Piazza Maggiore

Posizione della struttura supercentrale, una location comodissima per fare una visita a Bologna. l appartamento ha dei mobili antichi molto affascinanti e le camere sono spaziose e luminose. Letto molto comodo, ed è tutto abbastanza pulito.

Purtroppo parecchi punti negativi da considerare. Penso che il peggiore sia la mancanza di acqua calda, questo non mi era mai successo. Non esiste personale che ti aiuti o ti risponda ai messaggi, quindi nulla, mi sono fatto la doccia gelata. Pessimo è anche il fatto che nel momento del check in per ottenere il PIN di accesso bisogna fare il pagamento a parte della pulizia e della tassa di soggiorno, e che provino a farti pagare di più. Per fortuna io mi sono informato ed ho preteso di pagare di meno sulla tassa di soggiorno, così mi hanno corretto il prezzo ( informatevi bene a riguardo). Con quello che ho pagato non pretendevo di fare una colazione da re, ma 4 fette biscottate un po' di burro e marmellata era molto tutto molto scarso, c è tutta l attrezzatura per farsi il caffè e poi manca il caffè. Per quanto riguarda l arredamento, mobili antichi molto belli insieme a mobili moderni che cascano a pezzi. In complesso si vede che la struttura era gestita bene in passato ed è in uno stato di decadenza.

Il bagno anche se in comune non aveva la doccia, la TV in camera non si vedeva e la colazione un po' scarsa, ma per il resto tutto bene.

Breakfast was extremely poor Only.packet processed cakes Tea bags ran out No juice No bread for toast No fruit and information stated that breakfast was calculated per guests. 1 slice of bread on first day for 2 of us No bread on second day at all No butter in fridge Not enough food and then when we asked about this via booking messages the messages were ignored Hidden charges were not transparent on the listing on booking.com e.g cleaning fee £5 per per person per night when we arrived Shower was broken and no fixing ro hold up the showere head. So had to hold this and wash at the same time Shower head from ceiling rusted Shower door missing and curtain to replace it

Gefallen hat uns lediglich die Einrichtung, auch wenn diese bereits deutlich abgenutzt wirkte und nicht mehr dem Eindruck auf den Fotos entsprach.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir – entgegen der Zusage – einfach nicht in die Unterkunft gelassen und mussten rund 30 Minuten vor der Tür warten, weil niemand erreichbar war. Erst über eine zufällige WhatsApp-Kontaktperson, deren Identität wir bis heute nicht kennen, kamen wir hinein. Kurz danach wurden wir unter Druck gesetzt, 5 € pro Person und Tag für die Reinigung im Voraus zu zahlen – sonst gäbe es keinen Zugang. Das war schon der erste Schock und absolut unseriös. Im Zimmer bestätigten sich unsere schlimmsten Befürchtungen: Hinter dem Bett befand sich eine Tür, durch die man jedes Wort aus dem Wohnzimmer hörte – von Privatsphäre keine Spur. Unter dem Bett lag eine getragene Unterhose, überall Staub, Flecken auf dem Bettüberwurf. Das geteilte Bad war verschimmelt und schmutzig – eine Zumutung, ganz besonders, wenn man für Reinigung extra bezahlt hat. Auf unsere Beschwerden per WhatsApp kam bis heute keine Reaktion. Ab 6 Uhr morgens lief dann täglich laute Musik im Wohnzimmer – Schlafen war unmöglich. So ein Verhalten ist respektlos und unprofessionell. Wir fühlen uns abgezockt und können diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir wollen unser Geld zurück!
