Breakfast wasn’t served until 09.00 which caused issues when planning our day out.

We wanted to stay in a pub that provided comfortable accommodation and good food also close to Tintagel Castle, The Cornishman ticked all the boxes.

The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. It was a great location too, and the breakfast was very generous.

Great location in Tintagel. Excellent cooked breakfast with generous portions and very friendly staff. It's associated with a pub, but although we were there over Easter it was nice and quiet. Only a short walk to the coast with view of the castle. We staid 3 nights and really enjoyed it. One tiny suggestion would be to add a couple of hooks in the room and bathroom to hang jackets/toiletries bag.

Perfect location. Parking on site. Room was large and bed was very comfy. Amazing powerful shower. Good breakfast lots of choice continental and/or cooked options. Piping hot. Staff very welcoming. Good facilities in room tea and coffee. Stayed for 2 nights. Would stay again.

Wasnt much not to like. We didnt eat an evening meal but if the breakfast was anything to go on would say the evening meal would be good.

Nice little country pub with friendly staff.

Could have do with opening the other bar in busy times .

I recently stayed at the Cornishman Inn and had a fantastic experience. The location is brilliant—just a short walk to Tintagel Castle, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and very cosy, with lovely décor and beautiful landscape photography that really added to the atmosphere. The shower was excellent—powerful with plenty of hot water, which was perfect after a long day out. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of the stay. Everything was so well prepared and enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
