Great place! Quiet room, first class restaurant (regional or Swiss food and wines), nicest and warmest welcome by hotel owner: definitely a place to stay again.

Breakfast was great, continental with fresh cooked eggs on request. Staff were very friendly. Room was excellent, private at one end of the centre. Restaurant was superb, very delightful meal and staff we excellent.

This time only a short one time stay, but it was excellent and very friendly.

The suburban/semi-rural location was perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the bank & coffee shop and a 15-minute bus ride into town. All staff members — from the gardener to the highest level of hotel staff — were very welcoming & helpful.

The mattress was too thin and firm for me, although the rest of the room was perfect! Someone else also commented about the portions at the automatic wine server being more generous, and they’re right.
