Fireplace did not work. Someone was supposed to come repair it and did not.

Very clean, close proximity to everything

Ceiling fan in bedroom made so much noise couldn't use, fireplace didn't work. Why not have a regular fireplace instead of crappy gas logs? Dishwasher didn't work, grill wasn't usable to cook on, one bathroom in bedroom so everybody staying with us had to walk through bedroom waking those sleeping to use it. Beds were simply foam pads on box springs. Cabin was switched from one we picked on Booking

Actually, we loved everything about the cabin and the property and the location, but that was only after we got in our cabin.

When we arrived on the property, the key code wouldn’t work so we contacted the office the gentleman we talked to was rude and if he had explained to us how to use the key code, wasn’t working properly we wouldn’t have needed to call somebody to come out and check the key code door for us that meant we couldn’t get into our cabin for over an hour waiting on someone to arrive. The person on the phone. Couldn’t even tell us when the person was going to arrive. The day before we left, the dishwasher started leaking on the floor then we had extra trash they didn’t even tell us where to dump it so our time there was great after we got in.

Location was nice

The roof leaked on us in both the master room bed and the pull out couch in the living room. The beds are worn out and very uncomfortable.

The cabin wasn't as clean as it should have been.
