Wir wurden super nett empfangen. Bei den Temperaturen über 30 Grad haben wir direkt 2 große Flaschen Wasser bekommen. Wir konnten unser Fahrräder unkompliziert sicher abstellen.

Frühstückspreis nicht angemessen und leider keine Gastronomie mehr im Haus

The size of the room was good.

The quality of the furniture and interiors were really bad. The kitchen was not useable and was also, we were told explicitly after already having paid for our stay, not to be used for cooking. The kettle was completely covered in lime scale, which is easy enough to get rid of, if it were to be cleaned. The shower was visibly dirty and the toilet paper ran out after our first night. We tried to contact anyone at the facility but no one was there, no one picked up the phone after calling several available numbers many times, from different numbers and at different times over two days. Only one of the three electronic blinds were functioning, conveniently the person who let us in showed us only the one that was functioning, so we only noticed at night when no one was available to help. Our stay was really one of the worst experiences we have had in a hotel & the price was too high! We have communicated with the owner after our stay over phone and email. After an initial response to our concerns, after our stay had already ended, there was no further reply or acknowledgement of our request for compensation.
