We absolutely loved this place. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly, especially Nazmul. He’s a wonderful person and one of the highlights of our stay. Be sure to chat with him on the boat — he has fascinating stories about the island and goes above and beyond to make your vacation unforgettable. We wish him all the best!!

We had a wonderful stay with very friendly staff and excellent food. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. One of the highlights was the opportunity to easily visit the local part of the island and experience authentic Maldivian culture, which made our stay even more memorable. We had many great experiences during our visit and truly enjoyed exploring the island. A special thank you to our guide, Lama, who was always helpful, available when needed, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting the Maldives.

Our stay at Fiyavalhu Maldives was truly amazing. The island itself is beautiful and peaceful, The villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering the perfect balance of luxury and authentic Maldivian charm. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the restaurant team always ensured we were well taken care of, special thanks to Aries who took care of us. If you’re looking for a peaceful tropical getaway with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and a truly relaxing atmosphere, I highly recommend Fiyavalhu Maldives. We would happily return again in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff were all so kind, attentive, and always smiling, which made us feel very welcome. Special shoutout to Didi! The rooms were peaceful and comfortable. The only sounds were the breeze and the waves. The food was amazing too. Truly a relaxing and memorable experience.

Fabulous hotel! I would say - resort! For what we paid it has exceeded our expextations! (Even that it was not seasons, and weather was half good) Very good treatment of hotel staff. Especially manu thanks to manager Seyber who was taking care of us every single day! (And even made exciting experience of playing with his own bird parrot))). Good variety of dishes. All tasty. That's really not often in Maldives. Have guaranteed shark place snorkeling 5 minutes from hotel by boat. Also Ari Atoll is famous for whalesharks, we took excursion and saw one! (Whaleshark excursion was taken not from hotel). We definitely recomend this hotel for having unforgettable impressions! Good luck!

We spend nights at fiyavalhu and loved every second the staff is delightful and the staff is very friendly food is good room is very clean we are hypothyroidism to Nazmul he makes coffee in the morning with tolif is it very nice he make cocktails this is test is very good his service is very professional and cearfuly thank you nazmul agin and tax all of you

We picked this resort based on price within a package at the teletexttravel website, the flights wr with Etihad, as an add-on ,we will never fly Etihad ever again, delay at LHR 50 min with a transfer time 50min at Abu Dhabi.. result a full busload of people missed their connecting flights... pushed on a bus in 41 degr celcius, and waiting over an hour without water ,before moving on to a hotel, an hour away from the airport, lunch included but no drinks , over 9hrs wait for the midnight flight to male , result, 1 day lost at the resort, and no compensation as the hotel no shown policy says... after a couple of hours of sleep (as we wr alr 48 hrs awake) we could start to explore the resort - the resort is an inhabited island, with around 450 people living there, fenced with a guard , you can visit ,if you follow the dresscode forced upon you in 31 degr celsius , btw there is nothing to see there! in your room is a minibar with softdrinks at 4 dollar each plus tax. there is a pool near a cafe that serves non alcoholic mocktails at 10 dollar plus tax, the infinity pool looks nice , but do not swimm towards the edge, because that part looks like the pool can collapse anytime as it is supported with rusty scaffolding and sandbags that are constantly washed out by the waves of the sea. the excursions like fishing , nightfishing, visiting a desserted island is all very expensive. the food, is very good , the staff there are very friendly and special tnx to the man that prepares the omelettes, the staff speaks hardly any english, some nights there there is a set menu, this due to a lack of guests, those nights , the food ended up on our table , just above cold! There is nice background lounge music , but why has the call of prayer be so load? it sounds over the background music and interrupts with your concersation at the table! 6 times a day, you are forced to listen to this, even hear it whilst snorkling under water... coming back to the Dry Island situation, there is a floating (yacht) where they serve alcoholic drinks , you get there if you ask reception to be picked up, a beer cost $5 ++ and a cocktail $15 ++ , so in general , naturewise , a beautiful resort, food is good, but, whenever we go back to the maldives , we will have to do our homework better, and pick carefuly , were no rules are forced upon us , given the money we spend for a great holiday

We stayed at this boutique resort on a local island to celebrate a birthday, and honestly—it exceeded our expectations. The place is small and intimate, which makes a huge difference. There are very few guests, so it feels, private, and incredibly relaxing. If you’re looking for peace and a slower pace, this is exactly the kind of spot you want. The birthday experience was handled really well. We were supposed to have a dinner under a pergola, but the weather, the staff quickly rearranged everything and moved it onto a yacht instead. That turned out to be even better—more unique, more memorable, and honestly just special. Service was smooth and thoughtful without being intrusive, and the whole atmosphere of the resort feels calm and well cared for. Perfect place for a quiet celebration or just to disconnect for a few days. Would definitely come back.

We spend six glorious days at Fiyavalhu and loved every minute. The staff are delightful: every one of them just wanted us to have the best time and they looked after us like special friends. The place is gorgeous! Fabulously spacious, immaculately clean bedroom & bathrooms, beautifully kept beaches, paths and borders, well maintained, clean communal areas - the pool, bar, lounging area, reception and games area were always so inviting. Alcohol is served on the Atoll Jade: a boat moored just off the island in line with Maldivian law; we loved popping over to have our sundowners there and were very happy to have lots of the delicious alcohol free cocktails in the day by the pool. The sunbeds, beach area and swimming areas are lovely - little swing seats dotted around, plenty of palm tree (with the coconuts safely removed) shade, and of course the snorkling is fab: brightly coloured parrot fish, needlefish, small reef sharks and eagle rays all spotted easily. It’s definitely worth paying for additional snorkling and diving excursions because the coral itself is awesome and life around it is spectacular. We can’t praise Fiyavalhu highly enough. If you’re thinking of the Maldives and don’t know where to stay - Don’t keep looking - book Fiyavalhu! All the staff were lovely but extra special mentions go to: Shein, who served us in the restaurant; she and the other waiting staff and the fabulous chefs made every meal brilliant. The tuna curry for breakfast is amazing, fish station always delivered, salads & fruits fresh & tasty; there was always so much variety of top class food. Nazmul was king of the G&Ts and R&Cs on the Atoll Jade. He was great to spend with, was always chatty and welcoming and definitely made our pre-dinner drinks time extra special. What a genuinely lovely guy - as were the “Bangladeshi Boys” who ferried us over and made our fresh popcorn each evening. Hazim was our amazing dive master who prepared all our kit, watched out for whale sharks, rays and dolphins and took us to the best dive sites - big thanks to the captain too. Hishma was our lovely host who made sure we were updated with any news on the island and who we could contact any time. Staying at Fiyavalhu was the best decision we’ve made in 2026!
