I informed them we could not go due to a unforeseeable family issues And asked if we could change to another available date the following year but was decided Beware when booking this property
AULovely apartment, very comfortable, well appointed and secure .
If you are struggling with walking , the appartments is a bit of a hike from the bus and train station. And the bus does not leave from the train station. As well as ourselves, we saw several people make the same mistake.

The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay in Varenna. It is located very close to the local bars and restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the train station. The self check-in process was simple, although the instructions we were sent had the wrong box described for our apartment, but it was self explanatory once we got there as the boxes are all lettered. A bottle of red wine was left for us on check in, which was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated! The only small bit of feedback I’d have is that it could do with a large mirror in the bedroom for getting ready.

When we arrived the shower door was broken and off. We immediately emailed the manager and had no response during our 4 night stay
The apartment was great, very clean. It was nice having access to a washing machine. My only complaint is the noise from the restaurant below that would go till 11:45pm some nights.
AULovey apartment well laid out
Tv didn’t work and after asking twice there was no interest to fix it. It’s the little things, no big deal, but when you want to kick back with a glass of wine it was a shame not to have music, news etc
GBThe location of the apartment was great. There were many restaurants close by. There was also a small, we'll-stocked shop. But the best thing was the view of Varenna and the lake from the garden patio area which was fabulous.
The only problem we had was that satellite TV had no signal. We reported it on the first day but no one came to fix it. However, we didn't go there to watch TV, so it didn't spoil the holiday.

USWonderful apartment! Very clean and comfortable. Although we only stayed two nights this location is great for an extended stay. The welcome package was a very nice touch.
