Clean, quiet, great size, modern, pretty , great location

The shower water was not hot enough for me

Location, high ceiling, room facilities, communication with the staff, cleanness.

Very small shower (very very small), stinky smell coming from the bathroom all day long, no outside window (only looking to the stairs)

L'hotel est bien placé pour accéder au centre de Séville et le quartier est sympa. L'appartement dispose de bons équipements.

Photos mensongères: - Nous avions payé plus pour avoir une chambre avec balcon, mais il ne s'agit pas du tout d'un balcon, on ne peut même pas tenir à 2 dessus, pas possible d'y mettre une table. - Piscine qui ressemble plus à un petit bassin qu'une piscine. Enfin il est impossible de dormir dans cet hôtel: les chambres ne sont pas du tout isolées, on entend les bruits des appartements afférents et le bruit de la rue. Obligé de s'acheter des boules quies. Par ailleurs, il y a très souvent des odeurs d'égouts qui remontent.

Apartamento muito bem localizado no centro do Bairro de Triana. Andamos sempre a pé pela cidade. Não tem estacionamento mas existe um parque a 5min a pé. O alojamento tinha todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia agradável, a cozinha surpreendeu-me bastante porque tínhamos tudo para preparar refeições. Quartos muito confortáveis. Quando voltar a Sevilha este alojamento será a minha primeira opção.

Muito pouca insonorizaçao. Infelizmente ouvíamos todos os barulhos vindos da rua e de outros apartamentos e é desagradável. No quarto, alarme de incêndio estava sempre a piscar e para quem é sensível a luz é difícil para adormecer. A casa de banho devia de ser um pouco mais prática, por exemplo não tinha nada para pousarmos os nossos produtos de higiene durante o duche.

Appartement is centraal gelegen in Triana Sevilla en de jacuzzi en buitendouche zijn ideaal! Daarnaast is het een fijn bed met diverse kussens. Voor ieder wat wils. Airconditioning is makkelijk te bedienen en werkt snel en goed.

Dag 1 leek het appartement heerlijk te ruiken. De overige dagen hing er wel een naar luchtje in het appartement. Daarnaast is het heel erg gehorig.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente. Está bien organizado y extremadamente limpio. Bien equipado.

La verdad es que las camas era algo blandas, pero no siempre uno encuentra lo que le es mas propicio. Salvo eso... nada mas.

Great location—only a 5-minute walk to Puente de Triana. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet still close to a busy street with great restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is modern and well-equipped, and having a washing machine was a huge plus. The bed was really comfortable, though the sofa bed was less so.

I had booked two rooms, and because of the AI assistant, it took nearly two hours—involving numerous WhatsApp messages, several check-in links, and two phone calls—to complete the online check-in for everyone in our party (though thanks to Adrianna and Lucia for their help). One of the rooms had a strong odor coming from the bathroom while the other was on the first floor with no external windows, smelled damp. Both rooms were quite dark even with the lights on. However, the worst part was the fire alarm at 2:00 a.m. It was a false alarm that rang for four hours, leaving most of the guests to fend for themselves in the halls until 6:00 a.m. with zero communication from the host. Only after I wrote to them about the incident two days later, did they offer a one-night refund for one of the rooms. While they processed it swiftly, I am really disappointed by the total lack of communication and support during and after the emergency.
