Venice Krabi Villa Resort

If you want to be told that you are conducting haraam for drinking alcohol or accused of stealing hotel bamboo slippers, this is the resort to go to. My family and I had planned this vacation for a year and were very excited to stay at the resort. Our experience however was very disappointing and upsetting. The staff were rude and pretended to not understand English. When my key card slipped and fell under the bed ( which cannot be accessed easily) I was asked why I would drop the key card and spent 45 minutes requesting for a new set to access my room. On the final day, housekeeping Inc presently claimed that I had “stolen” slippers from the hotel room; I was asked to pay 300 baht for the same- when I refused and said the slippers were in the room the response I got was that the staff was never wrong. I politely asked to revisit the room to check for myself. On checking I found the slippers in the room. When I raised this with staff they didn’t apologise for accusing me but instead said “cheers, have a good day.” The overall experience was very upsetting and I wouldn’t recommend the property to anyone.

Shuttle bus was only one a day (there and back). There was something missing about this place. The pool area was nice but there was no views to look at

L’emplacement est vraiment au calme dans la jungle mais à 20 min à pied des 1er magasin. La piscine est très belle et le petit déjeuner sympa. En revanche problème avec la chambre et la manager.

On a demandé un lit bébé pour notre fils de 11 mois qui marche presque. On a eu un lit à barreau, cassé, sans matelas, dans lequel le plateau était tellement haut qu’il pouvait basculer et tomber hors du lit. La manager n’a rien trouvé de mieux à nous dire que c’était à la « thai style » avant de laisser son équipe passer 1h45 à démonter, réparer le lit et faire un matelas de fortune avec une couette et un drap coincé sous le lit alors qu’on devait coucher le petit. La Clim marchait mal, le thermostat était sûrement cassé donc il faisait soit trop chaud soit hyper froid dans la chambre. La grande fenêtre vitrée que vous voyez sur les photos, très belle au demeurant, n’est pas occultée la nuit et il y a l’éclairage du ponton juste derrière donc la chambre n’est jamais plongé dans le noir. C’est un établissement qui doit être sympa si vous venez en couple mais absolument pas pensé pour des familles avec des enfants en bas âge. L’établissement ne vend pas d’alcool. Je le signale car ce n’est mentionné nul par sur leur site, on peut en acheter ailleurs et le consommer sur place . C’est pas terrible d’aller acheter sa boisson au 7eleven à 20min à pied pour un établissement de ce standing. Il devrait au moins le préciser sur leur annonce…

Really nice and beautiful resort! Very nice and carful staff! Mud maw was really helpful and gave god advice and service!😍 I recommend to stay here for some days for really luxury days whit good food and good pool!

We loved everything about this place!! The natural habitat, the people and our boys loved to spot all animals from monkeys to big lizards. We had two connected rooms with our two teens. The rooms were unreal with a little terrace over the water and the bath tub on it. Absolutely fantastic stay.

The room was very clean, well-equipped and beautifully designed. With a great view! Big advantage of the resort is the territory - very close to the nature, almost in the jungle, and super quiet and not crowded. This was exactly what we were looking for - some peace away from the hustle of Ao Nang. The stuff is super friendly and nice. We especially enjoyed the pool (great that it’s open until 9pm!) and dining in the restaurant in the resort - good Thai food for a fair price. I believe this place deserves the highest ratings. We stayed for a whole week and definitely would like to come back.

It would be amazing to have a small spa on the territory, so that we can get a massage. But other than that, everything was perfect!
