El personal., siempre atentos y dispuestos. unos cracks! Te dejan dejar las maletas antes del check in o luego del check out.

la habitación podría estar un poco mas actualizada, cumple la funcionalidad.

La ubicación está muy bien para llegar a los distintos lugares de Madrid

Ubicación estratégica.

Vrlo blizu centra i svih sadrzaja. Miran kvart , uredan apartman i osoblje vrlo susretljivo.

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de couettes sur les lits mais des draps comme au pensionnat Le fait de ne pas pouvoir régler soi-même la climatisation (j’ai attrapé mal à la gorge avec la soufflerie juste au dessus du lit)

Muy bien ubicado a unos minutos de la estación de Renfe y estación de buses para ir al aeropuerto, en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca caminando a cafeterías, restaurantes, la Gran Vía, y todo el centro. Muy limpio, cómodo y bien equipado con AC y friobar.

No fue mayor inconveniencia para nosotros esta vez, pero requieren una tarjeta física para hacer el pago a tu llegada al hotel. Podría ser más conveniente si se pudiera pagar a traves de Booking.

The only positive thing about this hostel is its geographical location.

The first bad point: once I entered the room, I was surprised to discover that the AC remote control was not available in the room. I went to the reception, and the receptionist told me that they only had one remote control for all the rooms. I told him that I could not come to the reception every 30 minutes just to ask for the remote — I had never seen anything like this before. He even told me that he knew the best temperature for me (sorry, but you know nothing about me!). At night, you even have to find the receptionist just to turn off the AC. If he is taking a nap, too bad for the customer. I had to wait until 1:30 AM before he finally came to turn it off, and when he finally returned, I had already caught a cold the next day because of this ridiculous AC remote situation. The mattress was only average at best (4/10). The blanket looked like it came from the 1970s, which is unacceptable considering the price is still more than €100 per night. During the first night, there was unbelievably loud noise from the upper floor despite my repeated complaints asking for calm. The reception simply told me, “We can’t do anything.” I only slept for around 30 minutes that night. It honestly felt like horses were racing upstairs for at least 5 hours non-stop. It completely destroyed my nerves in the middle of the night. Another extremely disappointing point: every morning I woke up because of the receptionist loudly talking in the corridors. I could hear and follow every single conversation. Starting from 8 AM, forget about sleeping in. The same issue happened with noisy neighbors talking at 2 or 3 AM — it literally felt as if they were inside our room. Finally, if you are sensitive to light, avoid this hotel completely. There is not even a proper blackout curtain to make the room dark. A €20 investment would have solved the problem. I asked the reception if it was possible to get proper curtains, and he told me they were already there.
