Antonio is a very nice and helpful host, always in good spirits. The house is very big and clean. We have free and safe parking outside. The breakfast is nice and as good options. It gives you the possibilty to take a sun-umbrella to the beach. Definitly recommended.

The only thing to point out negatively is the matress in the bed which is somewhat unconfortable, but that's more a matter of opinion. .

Great place. Location is also good if you are ok staying out of big cities. Room or literally the apartment was nice, clean and comfortable, great bathroom too. Antonio, the host, was very caring about guests, very helpful with advices about how to spend our days there in a best possible way. Best host by far! Location is great with reasonable driving distance to Cagliari and some great beaches on SW coast. Also great restaurant/Pizzeria in quite close vicinity.

As this beautiful house was bult by an architect and has a lot of levels in it, be prepared to climb some stairs there. Not a complaint just some heads up information.

We spent an amazing week in Villa Zola and were hosted by Antonio and his family. I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting South Sardinia, it's located in a beautiful village surrounded by trees, sea and mountai, with car it's close to Cagliari (20 min) and beautiful beaches (around 30-50 min by car). We lived in a apartment with sea view and it was very big spacious and clean, with terrace, balcony, a lot of space inside, mini-fridges and TV with Netflix. But what is the most important is how we were greeted by Antonio who was always very positive and provided us with valuable recommendations on beaches, restaurants and sightseeing and always was ready to provide any help needed. I would come here again without doubts! Thank you for our lovely stay and everything best to your family

Our stay at Villa Zola was perfect. The house is very beautiful and our room for two was super clean and functional and very spacious. Antonio was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed and recommendations about Cagliari and the beaches. We will for sure come back when we have the occasion!

Big recommendation from us! Antonio is a fantastic host, gave us beach and restaurant tips, borrowed a beach umbrella and was always available to help in anything we needed. Super polite and friendly. The room was very spacious, extremely clean and bright. AC worked perfectly and it was a must for this time of year. Minibar was also extremely helpful in order to have cold water bottles and a few snacks ready every day. The location was good for us, 30min away from both Cagliari downtown and the southside beaches like tuerreda and su guideu and close to Pula town. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it.

Not deal breakers, just small things: Breakfast was good, but could have a bit more variety. The main window of the bedroom did not have a blind, so the sunlight came thru early in the morning.
