Apartments Amavi

I really enjoyed a REALLY fully equipped kitchen. Everything was provided so it helped me a lot during the stay. It shows that Blanka really cares for her apartment and it does feel like home on a longer stay.

Quite big apartment in the centre of old city Izola. Well equipped, a lot of kitchen utensils. For most time it was quiet (small street), but in the neighbourhood there were some renovation works and few mornings it was very loud. There was a nice welcome set - chocolates and tea.

The bed was too soft, and every night our spines were in poorer condition.

Very spacious two-level apartment located a few minutes from the city center. Izola is a small town, so everything is nearby. We were welcomed by the bottle of local white wine and chocolates. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all those "small" things are already there (olive oil, sugar, tea, coffee). If you are coming during the winter as we did - the heating is working perfectly. If you are coming during the summer, there are ACs at both levels.

Since the apartment is located in the old part of the city, there is no free parking available. You can park a car in front of the house just for a few minutes to take your baggage, and then you have to park it at the parking c. 300 m away, which you have to pay for. During the winter, the price is lower (4 euros per day), but in the summertime it is 8 euros per day.

Nice bedrooms, equipped kitchen. Lokation of appartment is perfekt - everithing is close - parking, city center, see, ...

Vse, popolnoma vse. Host, lokacija in apartma. Everything as descibed and more. The host makes an extra effort for comfort and assures guests feel welcome.

We met our host, Blanka, close to the property. We got bit lost in the narrow streets with our car and she was very helpful in navigating us to the right street. You can come directly to the place to unload and load your stuff and then park on huge parking close by. The apartment itself is superb, clean and modern. We appreciated 2 bathrooms, huge living room with kitchen and possibility to borrow bikes! We used them for nice trip to Koper.

The place is highly recommended. Blanka was a great host. Location is great, in the heart of Izola. There are 2 bathrooms although I thought there was only one while booking the stay. There are 6 bikes for guests' use, we took them for a trip to Koper. Plenty of space downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and a bottle of something local 😊

Bedrooms are quite small, for a longer period it wouldn't be so great. But downstairs there's lots of space. One of the beds had a very soft mattress and was uncomfortable. Parking is down the street, walking distance but it's expected that there's no place in the old town.

Spacious renovated ground floor apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (dozen pots and pans, toster, coffee makers, stovetop and oven, dishwasher, etc.) Two-three minute walk from a huge parking lot for your car, and just as close to the city center. Located in the old-town district in a pedestrian area (streets too narrow for cars). Free bicycles and child seat are a great option for exploring. Great experience!

We meet with the owners in front of the apartment to collect the keys, we liked the fact that You could converse and feel well hosted. Also, the good instructions how to use the heating and close the door (You just have to pull it a bit more) very useful. Apartment is located in the quiet residential area, ca 2 minutes walk from the spacious parking place and also ca 3 minutes away from the sea. Apartment is very bright, well decorated (with paintings), 2 bathrooms suited our family of 4 well. Owners took care about all necessary equipment (cutlery, glasses, dishes, pots) to make Your stay comfortable. Also, the closure of the fish shop in the marine and the fact that apartment has an Owen makes it a good combination. Our Young owns enjoyed running around the spacious ground floor as well as in the courtyard (with planted olive tree).

Well, what to write... Maybe just that there were too many remote controls for air conditioners (there was one device in every room) - we had to watch out that our Youngsters will not break it :-)
