BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks - South Mission Beach

Staff were great, restaurant was great. Great meals at affordable prices.it was very clean. The area was beautiful.

No hot water supply, Sliding doors hard to open and noisy. Hard to lock with key. Cupboards need some attention.

It was lovely and clean

The bathroom door didn’t have a lock or anything to keep it shut so it would just roll open, but didn’t worry me as I was alone

Great location, nice pool, neat and tidy

kids facilities are aged and park and games room not maintained

We had to take another room and pay an extra fee when we arrived because the owner didn't tell us that two of the beds were children's beds. His wife, who was upset and almost made it seem like it was our fault, told us it was booking.com's fault, even though the beds we had booked were indeed adult-sized.

Closeness to cafe with good food and entertainment sunday afternoon. Great hosts in the tuskers Cafe.
