Hotel Magdalena

Beautiful hotel in a great location. My only suggestion is additional lighting, it was very dim at dark.

It started out so well! Great staff, good pool, tasty food. Then on our last night, my boyfriend and I came back from the bar and decided to have some drinks on the balcony. We were out there chatting away when all of a sudden, a strobe light starts flashing in the room. Stunned, we ran inside and heard a knock at the door. It was cops. Apparently, our conversation had been too loud for some of our neighbors. Instead of calling the phone in our room and asking us to quiet down, THE HOTEL CALLED THE COPS ON US. It was utterly baffling. And a gross overreaction. Who calls the cops to report a conversation?²

Tyler and. Brian were super helpful. Wel beyond the normal expectations. Helped our group last minute and filled the process all the way through. Can’t wait to go back. It was so seamless that I was waiting for something to not be right. It was perfect.

Unique and relaxing

DeAndre was amazing! Very knowledgeable and courteous as he gave us a warm welcome. Great to have such wonderful people to elevate the brand experience.

Outstanding hotel and location, we will be back. We stayed in a bigger suite, the room was perfect, the pool is nice, staff was amazing.

Beautiful property, nicely decorated, walking distance to loads of restaurants/bars/shops. Would definitely stay here again.
