There was no rooms available at all and the person who was present there asked us to go to some other hotel as rooms were not ready. Some have ac and it's not working in few rooms and there is geyser problem as well.

They should confirm if at all is available else it's simply waste our time.

The place looks new and fairly maintained but it doesnot have a lift to the rooms upstairs!

To enter the lobby is a flight of stairs and then the rooms are in the above floors and no lift! The property is set inside with poor lighting. It does not seem it is meant for a family stay!

Didn’t get the breakfast they said breakfast not included

Rooms were not clean , toilet seat broken and toilet is dirty. Window glass were broken and full of mosquitoes and no fan . A/C wasn’t working. Linens were dirty and stained, gave new linen looked stained . Bed sheet looked liked used . Staff showed new room and showed same dirty lines .Staff were unable to contact on check out even though they provided the number to contact. Unable to sleep due to mosquitos and awake to protect the kids from mosquitoes.

Please clean bessheets and hot water facility for all room ...and door lock must make good

They didn't allot room and sent me back. I had to stay in another hotel.

I especially appreciated the little touches—fresh towels, toiletries, and even a welcome note. The environment was quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Wi-Fi was fast, and all the appliances worked perfectly.
