Excellent hotel for A to Z , lovely place to stay if you like to combine a relaxing stay with best service and explore Komodo national park

The room was very comfortable! The staff was amazing. The surrounding gardens were beautiful. The pool was quiet and very pleasant The beach in front wasn’t that good for swimming and relaxing. The breakfast buffet could have more and better options.

Wonderful holiday in unique location. The resort has a luxurious feel with lush garden and everything reminds you of Indonesian culture. The staff is incredibly friendly and warm. Would love to visit again.

-- Room: there were mosquitos and geccos in our room, bidet shower in toilet was not working Food: room food menu was poor. Staff adding sugar to freshly squeezed juices by default. Breakfast was poor, breakfast area hot and high humidity - that makes having breakfast in beach area not a pleasant activity. ++ Friendly staff, nice large rooms, beautiful garden and nice location. If corrections are made, then this stay would have been 5-star stay for us. Thanks for all!

Welcome to "paradise"!! Everything is just superlative about cleanliness, the food at the restaurant, the staff who serve you with a smile but especially the very hospitable attitude of the manager Hubert!! Thousands of appreciations and our gratitude for all the effort to make us feel as good as possible!! We will definitely come back accompanied by our friends!! We recommend this special hotel Sudamala Resort Komodo to all those who love comfort and adventure.

Great hotel and location however there are a few things to be improved if the hotel aspires to stay in the luxury 5 stars category: 1- The staff was very friendly and tried to help however there was clearly some capabilities and language (English) gaps. We have noticed the sheer number of trainees and the lack of experience was very noticeable, especially in the restaurant area. 2- The restaurant and food was a bit of a disappointment for that category. Definitely to be improved in terms of menu, including the breakfast. 3- Room: The rooms are great however, I personally struggled with the open air bathroom since some animals (lizards, rats jumping on the trees) managed to access the area and made it stressful to get a shower or even enjoy the bath.

We came for a few days but would have loved to have stayed longer. The hotel is picture-perfect and offers a range of extra facilities. Our room large with a huge and extremely comfortable bed, the bathroom was unusual as it was private but it was ventilated from the outside. The staff could not do enough for you; they were invaluable, polite, and genuinely proud of their hotel and country. Highly recommended

A wonderful hotel. The grounds are so pretty, rooms clean and lovely- we really loved the outside bathroom. Pool and beach areas are great. Stunning sunsets from the beach. Staff were so incredibly lovely and friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Kind of regret for staying here. We had a terrible experience! Found a cockroach in our hotel room. Gross! To Sudamala Manager, please take note that one your restaurant staff named GIO, he was being rude by offering us Muslim a PORK. Is he not being sensitive? His first time serving a Muslim guest? Please take action otherwise he will forever think that his "joke" is acceptable.
