Room it felt off, it was really small and lack of things no hand soap etc

Free parking, convenient to get around to different places.

There was no hair dryer in the room and when I asked the night staff for one - he had no clue about anything in the room. He didn't know if there was supposed to be in there and he didn't know if he could get access to one. His attitude was really dismissive and not helpful at all. He gave off the 'tough luck' attitude when I was talking to him. I ended up driving to Target to get one. Next morning I asked the lady at the front about my hair dryer situation and she said that there should be one in every room. And come to find out that the night staff at the front desk is the MANAGER. How disappointing is it that the manager's service was subpar and also unaware of the room amenities.. I know this hotel is supposed to be budget friendly but i would expect the serivce to be like the lady at the front desk in the morning. She got me sorted within an hour.

Breakfast was fine; we need protein and the egg option was plenty. Coffee and OJ were good too. Appreciated the abundant seating options.

We got there about 8:30 am and most of the "special" bread options were gone. But we had toast--just like home. So, OK!

Location was ok, staff was great, clean hotel, lighting was ok

I did not like the bed. I was in a king bed and it was definitely not comfortable made it difficult to sleep the night before surgery. Also the ac/heat we turned it on and it was hit or miss at times it would be too hot then too cold inconsistent.

Very friendly staff. Exceptional attention to cleanliness.
