Munduk Heaven Luxury Villas

I don’t know where to start ! Mr. Fajar (the general manager) and Febry (the executive chef) know exactly how to make sure you’ll have an amazing experience! The entire staff went above and beyond! We are eternally grateful for all of their efforts and commitment to excellence! Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

Una struttura immersa nella natura, in cui vivi a contatto con la flora locale, paesaggi mozzafiato e personale molto cordiale. Il ristorante dell’albergo è fantastico, vi consiglio assolutamente di prenotare la cena hibachi: bella, divertente e squisita (prendete i funghi come aggiunta se vi piacciono). La colazione è ben pensata per accontentare tutti i palati a meno di quelli che preferiscono una colazione dolce (per esempio torte, crostate, ecc… non la troverete facilmente a bali) che hanno poca scelta. Tutto ciò che abbiamo ordinato a colazione era ottimo, anche i croissant, che nonostante non siano come quelli del bar si difendono bene, fatevi ispirare dalla giornata e ordinate quello che volete. Nota di merito al caffè, chiedete un espresso e vi assicuro che non vi deluderà, ovviamente non ve l’aspettate come a casa o al bar, ma sarà comunque il migliore di Bali, cremoso e stretto come piace a noi, se vi piace più lungo chiedetelo doppio. Camere molto belle e luminose.

“L’ascensore” per salire dalle camere alla struttura principale, dove ci sono reception e ristorante, è molto lento, anche se il personale è sempre disponibile a salire e scendere, non potrete attuarlo senza il personale. Gli scalini davanti le camere sono molto scivolosi, fate attenzione. In alcune camere si sente l’odore dell’umidità. La posizione non è ottimale soprattutto per chi non ama le curve (Bali non fa per voi), la strada è molto stretta, se andate soli state molto attenti, tuttavia non è lontana dai punti di interesse di munduk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our treehouse villa stay. A unique stay up in the trees and the villa was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The 2 evening meals we had the restaurant were nice especially the chicken sate. Staff very accommodating. Great views

Our first night we stayed in a forest cabin room which unfortunately was not acceptable due to the room being very damp. We upgraded to a treehouse villa for our next 2 nights. The paths to the rooms need to be pressure cleaned as they can be very slippery. It wound be helpful if the front desk could offer a more reliable taxi service for guests like us who did not have their own car.

This is one of the best hotels in Munduk, with an excellent spa, pool, and restaurant. I’ve been coming here for many years with great pleasure—if not for one detail, which I will describe below.

This time, I decided to stay not in a floating villa but in a small room downstairs, assuming that the name “Luxury Villas” meant a consistent level of quality and service throughout. However, it turned out to be the worst night I’ve had in any hotel over the past year, because the bed linens smelled so strongly of dampness and mold that it was simply impossible to fall asleep.

Le personnel est adorable, le restaurant est délicieux êtes cocktail également. Les villas sont magnifiques. Je recommande cette hôtel si vous êtes de passage à Munduk
