the staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was okay, though nothing exceptional. The breakfast was good but repetitive after a few nights.

We stayed in the cabins because the floating villas were fully booked for our dates. Honestly, if you can’t get one of the floating villas, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. The cabins are small, have a musty smell, and there were ants everywhere – on the walls, the floor, and even in the bed. They were all over the desk, where we put some food on and the packages were infested by ants. I understand this is a nature setting, but the amount of ants in the room was really unpleasant and made it hard to relax. When we arrived, the hotel manager greeted us, and we mentioned we were interested in the floating villas. He told us one was available for a single night, but instead of offering a complimentary or discounted upgrade (as many hotels do to create goodwill), he asked us to pay around €150 extra for that one night. We declined, and later noticed the villa wasn’t booked after all — a missed opportunity for the hotel to make guests feel valued. The decor throughout the property feels dated and overly kitsch, far from the “luxury” experience they advertise. The place clearly has potential but would benefit greatly from a renovation. The pool area is also not inviting — it’s located right next to the restaurant, so it doesn’t feel private or relaxing.

Incredible stay, exceeded all expectations. The treehouse had a luxurious feel and every amenity you could need. The jacuzzi was a nice touch. The facility is surrounded with lush forested mountains, a beautiful view to wake up to.

Personal muy muy agradable, vistas espectaculares de las villas flotantes, muy detallistas. Comida muy rica en el restaurante.

La ubicación está alejada de todo, en mitad de la nada (también eso le da cierto encanto, pero a nosotros nos resultó muy complicado llegar y movernos por allí). Es un hotel para desconectar de todo.

Het uitzicht was prachtig. De drijvende villa was erg ruim en mooi ingericht. Het personeel was zo als gewoonlijk weer meer dan vriendelijk 🥰. De spa met massage was ook genieten.

Het restaurant was erg rustig. Dit kan ook aan de tijd van het jaar liggen.

This place was literally heaven. It’s one of the most beautiful, tranquil amazing places I have ever stayed. From the treehouse villas that feel like they sprouted out of the mountain to the staff, the fabulous restaurants, the views, I could not fault this place. It is a bit of a drive depending on where you are coming from but worth it absolutely! Highly recommend!!!!

정말 로맨틱하고 만족스러운 숙박이었어요, 최근 묵어본 숙소중에 가장 낭만적이고 숲속에 우리만 있는것 같은 느낌을 받을 수 있었어요. 방도 굉장히 넓어서 너무 좋았구요. 기회가 된다면 또 묵어보고 싶습니다.

가는길이 좀 멀고 미리 차량을 예약해 두길 추천드립니다. 이곳에서는 그랩도 거의 안잡혀요
