"Great time"

After 9 months, we finally came back—and we were really happy to be here again. We were especially looking forward to seeing Carla from park service. She is a wonderful, very kind, and helpful person who truly makes a difference.

"Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage"

Das Frühstück war super und die Lage 1a. Fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen und auch das Zimmer war schön.

Das Schlafsofa war nicht bezogen und leider auch nicht sehr bequem. Der Zimmerservice war quasi nicht vorhanden. Kam täglich, hat aber nur Handtücher aufgefüllt. Es wurde leider auf unserer Kreditkarte die Kaution nicht nur geblockt sondern abgebucht und ein paar Tage wieder gutgeschrieben. Zusätzlich wurde uns noch rd. 75 Euro an Steuern und Gebühren abgebucht, die im Booking.com Preis schon enthalten waren. Diese wurden uns auf Nachfrage aber auch wieder gut geschrieben.
