Access to the room too far of a walk from back parking lot, no access to back doors or side

The location .

The room had a smell to it , like a mold smell. I had to spray lysol every day. The room was clean but the floor was filthy. I had to wear my slippers or the bottom of my feet would be dirty. They only gave me 2 small towels, 2 washcloths and one roll of toilet paper for a 7 day stay, said I had to wash the washcloths and towels out myself at the laundromat. I check in on a Thursday and out the next Thursday and was told they do housekeeping only once a week and mines was scheduled at my check out. Which I thought was crazy. I will never return to this hotel again. The pictures they have on the website, is nothing like what you get . Then the water pipes burst and we didn't have water for a while ,but they couldn't help that happened.

Room wasn't sanitized or cleaned properly the entire floor smelled like weed and I booked non smoking breakfast not real breakfast grab and go items when size beds looked like full size beds very small

Customer service was great.

Could have been the guest previously before I got there but the room was infested with roaches. Definitely could use some bombing or make sure guest are actually cleaning behind themselves....

I called corporate and a young lady called back I explained my experience and how pitiful my 2 night stay was told her I’d like at least 5 days of payment back and I never herd back and never received payment there where roaches the floor was literally greasy and black even showed the woman at the desk on a wash cloth the A/C leaked on floor on the inside trickling on the floor in front of the bed I just drove 12 hrs so I was super tired from trip also the room reaked of cigarette smell this was the worst room I e ever stayed in period
